What an exciting day out on the water with Steve Hillary and the team from Today We Fish Charter and Adventures! The weather was beautiful, with clear skies and calm seas - perfect conditions for our Deep Sea, Jigging, Light Tackle, and Drift Fishing techniques.We started the day drifting through 2.6' of water and almost immediately hooked into a nice Red Drum. The fish put up a great fight, but we were able to land it safely and get some great photos. As we continued exploring different areas, the action just kept getting better. We found a hot spot for spotted sea trout and were able to catch several feisty specimens using our Jigging setup. A little later, we switched to Drift Fishing with plastics and had a blast reeling in some&nbsp;It took some skilled maneuvering, but we eventually got that beauty in the boat as well. The whole group was thrilled to see such a impressive catch.
