Action-packed day from the get-go! I headed out on the waters of South Padre Island, TX with Richard for our 5-Hour AM Bay Fishing Trip. The early summer morning greeted us with clear conditions, perfect for a day of fishing with Today We Fish Charter and Adventures. As we set off at dawn, the calm waters promised a great day ahead.

With our gear rigged and ready, we dove into a variety of fishing techniques. We started with some surf fishing, taking advantage of the early morning bite along the shoreline. Our efforts paid off when Richard hooked into a nice Spotted Weakfish. At 11 inches, it wasn't a monster, but it put up a good fight and gave us a taste of the action these waters can offer. We wrapped up the trip with smiles all around, enjoying the variety of spots and techniques we'd explored.
